Shipping

Where do you ship to?

At this time we only ship within the U.S.

How long does shipping take?

Processing times will depend on what is ordered. Once processed shipping times will be determined based on shipping option selected.

How do I track my order?

Log into your Purple Cow Milk account to view orders and tracking.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Every effort is made to assure you will be satisfied with your order. Most items are considered custom or made-to-order. At this time we do not allow returns for items ordered in the wrong size or color. Wood items will have customization verified before processing.

Should an item arrive damaged, please reach out to us via email asap so that we can get those items replaced.

How long does it take to process my return?

In the event a return is permitted, please allow 7-10 business days to process plus additional time for your bank.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges are not permitted without prior approval. Please reach out via email and let's discuss why you are not satisfied with your purchase.
